Galley
The easier it is to cook, the better the food, the happier and healthier the crew and the more time remains for sailing and exploring the great outdoors. The galley allows for convenient provisioning of a large crew with minimum time and effort and at maximum safety.
The galley is exceptionally large
- 6 linear meters of cabinets
- ample storage
- a gimbaled unit with induction cooktop, microwave/grill/steamer appliances for cooking, barbecuing, steaming and baking
- (optional) a full-size oven for baking
- an on-demand boiling water supply to prepare tea and coffee; this avoids the risk of scalding oneself when balancing a kettle on a cooker and poring boiling water in a heeling boat
- a double sink with macerator to deal with food-waste according to regulation
- a dishwasher for convenience
- a large fridge
- a freezer
