Getting Lynx into the Water - Hatches and Doors

We need to get the gaskets in, so that they are tight, we need to have latches and we need to connect the hoses to the drains
what shall we do here?
the heater exhaust is insulated to as far as the sleeve allowed, rest is not insulated.
the exhaust pipes aren't insulated at all.
the Dingy will sit on top of it, which will likely damage it
Same issue, at aft end
Doors
the three-way outside door, the bulkhead doors and the little cover to the crash bulkhead need to be operational
On the forward door, perhaps we can have something that hooks into the bottom and has a latch at the top
On the forward door, perhaps we can have something that hooks into the bottom and has a latch at the top
